Junior Sales and Relations Exec – FX, Commodities and CFD’s
Whilst the candidate will share responsibility for all clients, they will be dealing with a number of our Middle Eastern clients and it is therefore essential that they can communicate in Arabic fluently.
It would be preferable that the candidate will have gained the level of fluency required by having lived or worked within the Middle East at some stage.
We would prefer the candidate to have a minimum of 6 – 12 months industry experience, and they must come from a background where they have been used to servicing clients in a Sales driven environment generating income for their organisation.
Key Skills
Excellent sales, communication, interpersonal skills and have an enthusiastic approach when speaking to new and existing clients
Must be able to communicate fluently in Arabic, both in writing and verbally.
Capable of adapting selling techniques and style to audience
Professional and organised approach suited to a regulated broker and product environment
Self-motivated and able to work at a consistently high standard
Tenacity and drive in reaching targets
Key Responsibilities
Regular timely communication with existing and prospective Clients, both written and verbal
Responding to Client queries and inquiries within time frame specified
Assisting with processing client applications and payments, sensitively dealing with any queries that may arise as a result
Escalation of client queries as and when appropriate in accordance with company guidelines
Within the position there will be consistent internal liaison with the Compliance Team
