This is one of the entry level positions at Power that 98% of our executive and management teams began their careers with us in. It is a business development and marketing role that fuels the organization's sales growth by functioning as the brand ambassadors for our products, name and corporate culture.
It also serves as our management training program - Power partners with each of our employees to create a career road map and providing the mentorship and guidance to get each to their ultimate destination.

- Development of Training Materials
- Liaise between the consumer and the company, establishing potential accounts to increase business development and sales for the local market.
- Lead and oversee a team of entry level sales representatives to continue business development for the company.
- Responsible for teaching and training of all fundamental marketing systems both in classroom teaching style and hands on field approach. Enact assurance reviews to evaluate compliance to identify potential gaps in policies, procedures and business processes.
- Develop strategies to improve staff performance to maximize campaign outlay.
- Impact and coach employees to set goals, game plans, and accountability meetings.
- Responsible for learning basic product knowledge for major accounts.
- Learned basic sales/marketing strategies to implement through several different environments of business development and sales.
- Act as a promotional marketing and sales representative to inform potential clients of special deals/offers/promotional packages currently in effect.
- Exude excellent customer relations and assisted in any customer service situations.
- Self manage and self motivate.
- Responsible for helping to expand the sales force.

Job Requirements
- BA/BS
- 1-2 years professional experience or coursework in business
