Currently vacant: a challenging QA position with responsibility!
Together with the Seed Officer, the Junior Seed Officer is responsible for the seed release of all Biological RD and manufacturing sites. To accomplish these goals good communication skills, information sharing and conferences with all Biological RD and manufacturing sites are needed. The Junior Seed Officer instructs the sites to produce compliant seed, to have a timely product launch and product supply.
Seed release information is available in SAP. To produce seeds with the help of SAP data mining is needed. The Junior Seed Officer will be a member of the project seeds in SAP for data mining.
Your tasks include:
- Data mining and support for project seeds in SAP.
- (Pre-) release of Master Seeds, Working Seeds and first Production Seed (Bacteria, Parasites, Viruses and Cell lines) for all Biological RD and manufacturing sites.
- Instruct the sites to produce seeds in time to guarantee product supply and/or a timely product launch.
- Instruct all Biological RD and manufacturing sites to produce compliant seed (production according to the dossier and guidelines).
- Instruct all Biological RD and manufacturing sites to test the seed according to the relevant application for marketing authorization dossiers, guidelines and requirements.
- Responsible for the Seed Release Requirements (according to Ph.Eur., 9CFR, AQIS and our clients requirements).
- Give advice in seed transfers between manufacturing sites and from RD to manufacturing site.
- Prepare Masterseed protocols for application for marketing authorization dossiers.
Functie-eisen
The candidate we are looking for has a laboratory background (bachelor level, HLO) and detailed knowledge about GMP/GLP and SAP. Furthermore the Junior Seed Officer needs to possess the following competencies and skills:
