Junior Senior Collections Analyst
As a Collections Analyst, reporting to the team leader, you will be an expert in your particular market. You will ensure that best practice policies and procedures are in place and will continuously examine the way things are working to ensure that creative solutions are applied and efficiencies obtained.
Responsibilities:
- Ledger Management - Managing your ledger collecting accounts receivable balances for invoiced customers
- Areas of focus - cash collections, debt management, cash allocation
- Month end SLA’s KPI’s – achieving and exceeding these on a monthly basis
- Cash Collected
- Ensure compliance with collections policies procedures
- Developing managing customer payment plans
- Suspension Process
- Relationship Management - developing and maintaining proactive working relationships with the Client Sales teams
- Proactive Customer relationship building
The Role requires candidates with at least 2 years collections / AR / OtC / debt / customer service experience combined with good overall business knowledge, appreciations and understanding of business processes. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication, results oriented and with can-do-attitude
You should:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in AR/OtC area ( for junior roles) and minimum of 3 years for the senior roles
- Have at least 2 years’ experience in collections role essential
- Have fluent English or/and another European language – German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Finnish, Hebrew, Turkish or Russian
- Have keen eye for detail
- Be focused and Target Driven
- Be drive for Quality
- Have excellent Communication skills - both verbal and written
