Junior Sous – 2AA Rosette
This fantastic restaurant with 2AA Rosettes based within a luxury 5* hotel in central London is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to be number 2 in the kitchen
The restaurant is serving fantastic modern European food in one of the most beautiful settings in the London area. The head chef comes from a Michelin background and is looking to turn the restaurant from 2AA Rosette to 3AA Rosettes in the very near future.
As Junior Sous Chef you should have a good understanding of all relevant kitchen duties, such as, menu planning, staff management, understanding of HACCP and COSHH. You should be able to run the kitchen in the head chefs absence and be prepared to work hard to ensure the kitchen is achieving very high standards in all areas.
The salary on offer is £23,500 working 48 hours + overtime
