Junior sous – 2AA Rosette

This amazing gastro pub based in an upmarket part of London is currently looking for a junior sous chef to assist in the day to day running of its kitchen

This is without a doubt one of the best gastro pubs in the area. This gastro currently holds some amazing awards; the food served here is modern British with touches from all over the world. Everything is made fresh including bread and ice cream and all of the chefs that work here are real foodies. The pub is part owned by two of the most recognised chefs in the industry. As junior sous chef I would expect you to have excellent experience either in gastros or fine dining restaurants. You should be an excellent manager; you will be managing up to 10 chefs. You should have experience in menu planning, costing, rotas and all current legislation. You should have a strong CV working in top establishments and not moved around too much

The salary for this role is a £26000 package working 8 shifts per week
