Responsibilities

§  Ensure production runs smoothly, effectively and accurately

§  Ensure the highest standard of food production and presentation at all times as per standard of performance manual and recipes

§  Maintain a high standard of hygiene and health and safety

§  Other miscellaneous duties

 

Requirements:

§  Specialising in California cuisine

§  Willing to relocate and work full-time in Singapore

§  Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

§  Willing to work split shifts

§  Able to start work immediately or within short notice

§  Fast learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment
