To complete our team, we are looking for a candidate to join as
Junior Structurer
Partners Group's structuring team is responsible for developing innovative investment solutions for institutional and private investors in jurisdictions around the globe. Structuring professionals regularly interact with the firm's marketing, investment and operations teams as well as with clients and external professionals.
The successful candidate will form part of Partners Group's associate program which is designed to refine core skills and deepen industry knowledge (for further information please visit our web site under 'career' opportunities).
Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage complex structuring projects;
- Draft and/or review agreements, offering memoranda and related documents;
- Research tax, regulatory and accounting considerations relevant to specific clients/products;
- Instruct/manage external advisors including lawyers, fund administrators and other service providers;
- Design innovative product structures;
- Negotiate terms and conditions;
- Support marketing efforts (presentations, client meetings, etc.

Requirements
- Top academic credentials, with emphasis in law, business administration or finance;
- Recently graduated or with initial work experience;
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills; logical thinker; able to drill down to details;
- Excellent communication skills; in particular, must write clearly, concisely and persuasively;
- Strong desire to learn and succeed;
- Moderate travel;
- Excellent English skills; German and additional languages are a plus;
- Clear career vision: understanding of the firm's business and industry
