TASC is actively pursuing mid-level personnel to join the engineering, acquisition, and operations analysis team to support the intelligence communities. This position will focus on the system engineering and acquisiton aspects of ground and space systems. Emphasis areas include signals intelligence, signals processing, operations and mission management. This position will be working closely with senior engineering staff members, as well as our customers that can include military users and intelligence community partners. At the end of the day, our engineering teams are achieving the maximum advantage and customer satisfaction via our robust and integrated ground system solutions. In this position, you will assist in the design, acquisition and operations of state-of-the-art systems incorporating new technologies to prosecute existing targets, and to anticipate unique, emerging Intelligence Community (IC) missions. Required Job Qualifications BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field Knowledge of the IC and/or DoD communities Current or former IC Systems operation, acquisition, or systems engineering experience. Experience with requirements definition and development on large-scale distributed systems transitioning into an existing operational environment Experience with evaluating test procedures and evidence from test execution to evaluate suitability of evidence to requirements verification Knowledge of large scale distributed data collection, scheduling, planning, processing, and delivery systems Experience evaluating requirements against conops for impacts to current system or systems under development Experience evaluating procedures intended to exercise a functionality to validate that functionality as planned by the requirements and defined in the conops 5 yrs experience with a Bachelor?s in a technical discipline Active TS/SCI security clearance Desired Job Qualifications 5 years experience with SIGINT processing 5 years Systems Engineering experience including development of Capability Development Documents, Statement of Capability documents, etc. Experience with Architecture, Systems and Operational-level CONOP documents 5 years IC Acquisition experience with familiarity of development lifecycle processes, products, milestones to ensure successful delivery of capabilities to mission Experience and knowledge in wireless technologies a plus Legacy and future data architectures Development of strategic plans and recommendation of acquisition strategies Required Personal Skills Requires an individual who is a self-starter and can work with minimum direction to achieve the program manager?s goals.
