Junior to Mid Level Quality Assurance Test Analyst
Responsibilities: The Quality Assurance Analyst will be part of a team in Hoboken, New Jersey working on a very interesting and extensive project. This role involves the following responsibilities: Work closely with the development team, the business and other parties involved in the design, development and implementation of the project's application Execute QA activities that will drive the quality to its highest standard by analyzing the current business process, reviewing the requirements and testing using automated and manual QA methods Analyze current / future requirements by running SQL statements and interactive with the business Review functional and technical designs setup by the business as well as the development team and attend review meetings Write test plans, test cases, test scripts and execute both manual and automated testing Report bugs found and attend / lead defect triages Serve as part of a team and work as an individual with minimal oversight Provide estimates for QA tasks Coach, mentor, implement and communicate benefits to others on correct QA processes Work with all SDLC related teams and resolve conflicts surrounding issues and ensure quality focused resolutions Use internal automated test tools to write and exercise automation Be responsible for functional, security and performance testing Create test plans, test scripts, and both manual and automated QA test cases Detect, verify, and manage bugs Interrogate database and identifying and recording project relevant information using SQL Read JavaScript and MS.NET to identify and record project relevant information Lead meetings and on behalf of the QA Team M* Kforce (Nasdaq:KFRC) is a professional staffing and solutions firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions in the skill areas of technology, finance accounting, clinical research and healthcare.
