CFT is currently providing opportunities to candidates who are looking for a potentially lucrative career within trading energy, and Fixed Income Futures markets. We are seeking enthusiastic, bright, and positive minded candidates for trading opportunities within our offices. A Candidate should ideally possess an entrepreneurial spirit, ability to focus, and a hard work ethic in an often high energy trading environment.
Our trading training programme is taught over four weeks and is delivered in a classroom environment located on our trading floor in the City. A typical four week course will cover all the essential topics to give a trainee the best possible learning experience to take the knowledge further to forge a career in trading. In addition to the structured sessions in our Simulator Academy, we invite guest speakers to add their specialist areas of knowledge to our trainees. You will be closely monitored and assessed after each core course module. We will provide the access to the trading and analysis software, with support from our traders and management staff within our offices.
Upon successful completion of the course we will offer to the best candidate a trader position on our trading floor.
