After an introduction phase you will handle and execute structured finance transactions (acquisition finance, LBO/MBO finance and syndicated lending) for Swiss corporate clients in a deal team of typically two persons. Furthermore you will support the team in the acquisition of new mandates for structured finance transactions and will help to enhance the market presence of Structured Syndicated Finance within and outside the bank.
Your role in detail:
Preparation of management presentations
Drafting of term sheets
Drafting of credit requests
Credit research
Financial modelling
Due diligence activities
Preparation of information memorandums
Drafting of loan documentation (together with internal and/or external lawyers)
Closing activities
Required skills and qualifications:
Sound business and economic knowledge (Basis: University degree, or university of applied sciences degree or equivalent)
Efficient apprehension
Clear customer focus
Open, communicative, creative as well as good team player
Good manners
Outstanding analytical skills
Solid basic knowledge of corporate finance lending business
Good knowledge of macro-and microeconomic as well as accounting relations
Languages: German or French mother tongue with excellent knowledge in the other language (bilingual), English (excellent knowledge required)
Sound PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
