Junior VP
Our client is a leading leveraged finance provider. They provide finance to both private equity funds and also directly to mid markets corporates to finance expansion, development, investment and acquisition. Most of the debt they lend is senior debt, and they will lend both on their own and through club arrangements.
They are now looking to add a VP to their team, whose will work on the origination and execution of senior level lending for the firm. You can expect to have full involvement in meeting clients, negotiating of terms through to structuring of deals and the preparation of loan documentation.
The role reports into the Directors.
We are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Assistant Director or VP level
- With excellent leveraged finance, structured finance, debt finance, lending experience
- Must have a good track record in origination and execution (ie credit analysis - its not a portfolio role)
- happy reporting to the Directors
