Junior/Assistant Private Banker | Israel desk recruitment

Operating within a support function, the successful candidate will be tasked with providing assistance across all aspects of the Private Banking service - both to the Relationship Managers, and directly to the Market-Area Head.  With regular client-contact, and with exposure to the whole professional practice, there is fantastic scope for career development; indeed this function can be seen as a perfect stepping-stone into the Private Banking sphere.

The Role:

• Execution of client orders (e.g. Forex, bonds, stocks)

• Compilation of presentations, reports and analyses

• Logistical organization and administration

• Frequent client contact (including occasional travel)

• Holistic '360' support to the Relationship Management team

Key Requirements:

• Recognized university qualification in banking/finance (or related field)

• Minimum 2-3 years experience as an assistant/junior within private banking

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) - other languages a plus

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Independent, pro-active 'can-do' attitude

• Track-record of client-contact and relationship management ability

• Strong interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work in a dynamic, and culturally diverse team
