The role of a Graduate/Junior/Trainee Recruitment Consultant involves sourcing, through to interviewing candidates, engaging and managing client relationships to generate new business and building knowledge of you specialist sector.
To work as a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant you should be educated to degree level and focused and committed to developing your career in the recruitment industry. You should be able to easily build rapport and have fantastic communication skills, as well as being confident, driven and determined.
