London £650 per day
kdb+/q, C#, Java, efx, Pricing, Modelling, Trades, GUI, Historical and Market Data.
Senior KDB Developer/Architect currently required on a Contract basis for a global bank based in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a lead role in the design and development of the banks IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate must have;
• Advanced knowledge of KDB languages (kdb+/q) and Architecture
• Extensive experience as a Financial Software Developer
• Strong background in real time database builds
• Demonstrable experience building front end monitoring platforms using C# or Java (To be used by sales staff)
• Strong background in developing efx, pricing, modelling and trades.
• Strong analytical skills
• Prior experience in financial services industry is essential.
