Responsibilities:
- Full Cycle Recruiting
- Source and identify qualified top talent
- Conduct phone screen and in-person interviews
- Utilize pro-active sources to attract top quality candidates
- Match qualified candidate to opportunities
- Marketing and Sales
- Create qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Overcome client objections
- Management
- Set and attain goals
- Develop and grow a strong candidate pool and client base
- Manage full temporary staff as well as internal staff
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or relevant job experience
- Strong recruiting, customer service and sales experience
- Excellent negotiation skills
- 2+ years in related successful position
- Proficient in Microsoft office
