We are seeking a highly motivated and performance focussed Key Account Executive to play a pivotal role in generating new business opportunities and grow existing accounts in China.
This role will report to Head of Business Development, China. You are expected to build a portfolio of clients passionately by developing sales strategy that provides customers with excellent services and builds strong relationships with senior decision makers and their teams.
Your role will involve identifying and initiating contact with potential new customers to continue the growth of our client base, and be responsible for forecasting and proactive planning of your account management activity.
To be eligible for the position, you must possess the following requirements:
- Holder of Higher Diploma or Degree in Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years key account management experience
- Willing to be managed by KPI driven sales environment
- Great attention to details, organised and process driven
- Proven track record of sales
- Strong negotiation, and presentation skills and the ability to close the deal
- Highly-motivated attitude towards achieving and exceeding targets
- A focused and well-organized approach to pitching and selling
- Knowledge and communication in English is essential
- Experience as recruitment consultant who uses our job portal will be value-added
