Our client, a leading utilities provider, are looking to recruit a number of Business Customer Service Executives who will be tasked with providing extensive support to the key accounts alongside the Specialist Post Sales Team.

The successful individuals will demonstrate exceptional customer service and client support skills and be highly competent in dealing with SME business clients throughout the aftersales process. Handling all manner of queries you will cover:
• Responsible for welcoming new business customers and ensuring all aspects of the “Going Live” process run smoothly, efficiently and trouble free.
• Promoting additional products and services, explaining features and benefits and advantages of the business to new customers.
• Handling all aspects of customer queries and complaints through to satisfactory completion.
• Assume responsibility as the main contact / account manager for your own “Specialist Sales Executive’s” new accounts and work cohesively together to optimise opportunities and service.
• Assist throughout the process of “utilities transfers” to ensure swift and seam free switch-overs.
• Provide information and updates on dual fuel transfers.
• Utilise the internal systems and databases to maintain and manage efficient and up to date SME business customer files.
• Take ownership and accountability for your own business customers providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues and departments through the aftercare, aftersales and account management process.
• Deliver proven results whilst working to KPI’s and personal and team targets.
• Utilise your negotiation and customer management skills to build and develop strong business relationships.
• Cross sell “Direct Debit” payment facilities to new customers.
• Assume responsibility for own workload whilst managing your own administration involved.

You will be a ‘people person’ and a strong team player with great communication skills and a helpful, respectful approach. You will have a keen eye for detail and high levels of accuracy, along with the ability to work accurately to set deadlines providing a data cleansing, data integrity and customer assurance service. With strong IT skills, you must be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite and additionally be keen to learn about this fast-paced industry whilst being committed to delivering outstanding results.
