Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and driven key account professional to join our dynamic team in Melbourne.
Reporting to the National Manager - Enterprise, the primary focus of this role is to identify, develop and close new opportunities within the existing Western Union Business Solutions Key Accounts portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and proactively sell additional products and services that mutually benefit the client and the business
- Defend, nurture and grow our key accounts that are high in value and complexity
- Work strategically with our National Manager - Enterprise, Corporate Dealers and Product to develop and execute client partnership plans that position Western Union Business Solutions as a valued customer resource
Qualifications, Skills Knowledge
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications, strong experience in complex account management with a background in Financial Services, Telco, or IT. Sound knowledge of hedging, online payment solutions and the international payments market is advantageous along with strong experience in identifying and closing growth opportunities as well as proven ability to navigate and manage organizational structures, decision making processes and ability to influence stakeholders to take action and strong understanding of the Miller Heiman sales methodology.
