Key Account Manager Job in Guelph N1H6H9, Ontario Canada

The major responsibilities of the Key Account Manager will include (but are not limited to):
• Build and manage customer relationships within key accounts, across all organizational levels
• Develop/implement/communicate customer-specific business plans to ensure sales growth for a portfolio of beverage products
• Maintenance of all customer-specific trade relations and customer support, as related to company's brands
• Efficient management and tracking of brand and customer-specific promotional budgets and activities
• Preparation and delivery of accurate sales reports, as well as business and category reviews to customer and internal Account Managers/Senior National Account Managers/Sales Directors

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the Key Account Manager role will be a driven sales professional with a background in customer relationship management, and have
•  Post Secondary education, a College or University degree in business or a related field will be considered an asset
•  5+ years sales experience in consumer packaged goods industry, experience with food/non-alcoholic beverages will be considered an asset
•  5+ years B2B sales experience, experience with mass grocery will be considered an asset
•  Well-developed communication, negotiation and presentation skills (both oral and written)
•  Proven sales reporting and analytical skills, including experience with Nielsen data
•  Well-practiced computer skills (Microsoft Office including expert-level experience with Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, CRM software)
