Position Summary

Under general direction of the Director of Client Services, supports the use of AmerisourceBergen Solutions to existing customers in all business segments within a specific geographic area. Provides support, follow through, and solutions in order to expand and retain existing business resulting in increased profitable revenues and ensure the satisfaction of the client. This individual will interact with Data Analysis and Data Operations teams to provide exceptional information and service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Maintains and supports key customer relationships.
  2. Responds to client questions regarding data analysis and market research.
  3. Works directly with subject matter experts during the sales support process to execute expansion and maintenance strategies using company solutions to address customer specific needs.
  4. Works directly with internal departments to respond to client inquiries in timely manner to support customers.
  5. PRovides support to large and complex clients.
  6. Demonstrates initiative in their own professional development such as keeping abreast of the industry and its changes through the use of industry information and company literature.
  7. Trains clients on accessing data from IntrinsiQ's oncology database to enhance their business.
  8. Manages special projects from ensuring data accuracy to researching market events that correlate to IntrinsiQ's data
  9. Maintain shared accountability for the integrity of out 5000+ monthly data reports through quality control.
  10. Updates and delivers professional presentations to existing key customers.
  11. Utilizes IntrinsiQ reporting tools to expand curent customer business, which will allow a customer to better understand and use IntrinsiQ's solutions to meet their professional business objectives.
  12. Supports the retention and expansion strategies with current customers.
  13. Must be willing to work extended hours, as needed, in order to meet assigned objectives.
  14. Must be willing to travel within selected geographic territory; travels to events such as conferences, national and regional sales meetings.
  15. Performs related duties as assigned.
Experience and Education Requirements

Requires broad training in fields such as business administration, accounting, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education; normally requires two (2) to four (4) years directly related and progressively responsible experience.

  15. Up to date knowledge of presentation software and equipment; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  16. Advance knowledge of MS Excel required, SQL and VBA is a plus.
  17. Oncology knowledge is a plus
  18. Pharmaceutical, product management, consulting or life science industry knowledge is a plus.
