Key Executive Position for boutique fee only financial planning firm recruitment

We are seeking a seasoned professional who can oversee the operation on a day to day basis as the CEO transitions his time to select key client relationships and philanthropic interests. This position provides the continuity of daily management in the CEO’s absence so clients and staff have the access to the management expertise and help they need to provide continued outstanding service.

We are not seeking an existing book of business but a person who has demonstrated skills in financial planning with high net worth clients, management experience in selection development and management of a highly skilled staff, understanding of high touch customer service as a model of client and increased assets under management.

We have a staff that is skilled at financial planning, asset selection and allocation, compliance as well as customer support and service. We want a professional manager who understands that a high level of management skill can allow an organization to achieve great results. We have a successful business model and growing client base. We want to continue that tradition.

The ideal candidate will have experience in direct hands on client contact in delivering planning services. Experience in managing a small office environment that serve a boutique group of high net worth client will be a plus. The CFP designation would be considered a plus; necessary securities licenses or ability to obtain them upon being hired.
