KLSK41531 Assistant Financial Controller recruitment
Reporting into the Group Financial Controller and managing a small team, your role will encompass all aspects of financial and management reporting in addition to regulatory reporting, financial analysis and project work.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Preparation and review of consolidated half year and full year end financial statements under UK GAAP and IFRS.
- Daily PL reporting
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts with variance analysis
- Cost reporting and analysis
- Supervision of junior team members
- Assisting with the production of regulatory, VAT and Corporate Tax returns
Candidate profile:
To be successful in your application you must be able to demonstrate the following.
- A strong academic record.
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with previous exposure to the Financial Services sector.
- Working as a key member of a small team you must be happy to take on a ‘hands on’ accounting role and convey a strong desire for process improvement.
