Knowledge & Change Consultant recruitment

We are looking for a proactive and idea generating Knowledge Change Consultant to join our client at its London office.

If you are a candidate that is able to see the big picture, move things forward and have ambition this role will very much suit you.

The purpose of this role is to design, develop and project-managing a range of knowledge management measures to enable knowledge sharing.  This will include looking at people and change management.

Candidate requirements include:

-A bachelor's degree or experience in project management, change management or behavioural change management

-Candidates with experience of working as a consultant within people/change management at a professional services organisation are particularly encouraged to apply to this role

-Ability to work with minimal direct supervision

-Excellent oral and written communication skills

-Highly organised with good prioritisation skills
