Kondor+ Business Analyst recruitment
Mission
As a Cross-Projects Business Analyst and Kondor+ expert, you will contribute to the various initiatives and projects that are ongoing and that will be launched for our worldwide locations using KONDOR+ as their capture and Risk Management System.
Context
Location
The various initiatives around KONDOR+ in our Emerging Markets locations are in need of coordination. For historical reason, all locations have been implementing, operating and managing their systems in perfect autonomy and not tied to a Common Model.
There is now a need to standardize the practice according to specific criteria required by some departments of our Bank.
With the development of new initiatives shared between SGCIB entities and Retail banking EMEA entities, we need and we want to bring K+ locations setups in line to have a more harmonized view, approach and management of the system.
ROLE:
As a Cross-Projects analyst, your role will be to assist the various projects and contribute, with your expertise, in advising and recommend relevant and harmonized solution.
Your contributions goes from operational analysis on specific topics to more global advices on Kondor+ related implementation or even training to end-users and IT staff.
More specifically it will be your role to propose and then maintain the necessary harmonized range of standards that will be applied across locations and on a consolidated database currently under construction, for which a specific project is launched.
Due to the nature of the activities, having worked on more K+, and not only, projects in different locations would be beneficial, and knowledge of Emerging Markets is a benefit.
Direction : ITEC/DPR/EMEA (Deal Processing IT for EMEA)
Location: London (Travelling overseas on short trips is required)
Autonomy
As a self-starter with a very good knowledge of K+ and market standards, you are required to liaise with more Project Managers and Stakeholders across a spectrum of ongoing projects involving various departments ranging from Front Office to Back Office, from Risk to Local IT.

Required skills
- Very strong knowledge of KONDOR+ application (V 3.x)
- Experience in Front Office, Risk, PnL applications
- Good understanding of financial products
Soft skills:
- Project management experience will be a plus on this Business analyst role
- Independent and able to prioritise tasks
- Good presentation skills and ability to understand the needs of the stakeholders
- Good documentation skills
- Assertiveness
- Strong Client and Vendor facing skills
- Clear communication and ad-hoc escalation to the management
Experience
Minimum 5 years experience in the field, with a prevalence of Kondor+ work
