Kondor Business Analyst
I am looking for an experienced Kondor+ business analyst to partake in a 2+ year upgrade programme at a well renound investment bank in London
The candidate must posses the following:
Understanding of Treasury products (especially Kondor+), trading processes, valuations (PVs) and risk management;
• Understanding of workflows, key controls and related operational risk exposure;
• Understanding of Kondor functionality in general covering
o Deal Manager
o Data Manager
o Realtime Manager
o Report Manager
o Administration
o Communications
• Understanding of interfaces up and downstream of Kondor+ and their workflows
• Understand and be able to design and run testing processes for new developments and/or upgrades; and
• Experience of working with Kondor+ version 3.0;
• Experience of Kondor+ Upgrades
• Experience gathering, analysing, documenting and prioritising requirements from all stakeholders on a project;
• Understanding and experience of the mathematical concepts behind PL calculation and risk management approaches;
• Provide estimations for planning purposes from varying degrees of available information;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Self starter, experienced working with limited oversight in complex business areas with limited documentation; and
• Adaptable.
Desirable: (Optional)
• Project experience of business migrations onto Kondor+, preferably from regional instances of Kondor+ onto a Global Kondor+ infrastructure supporting multiple locations;
• Experience working with business users to develop models of existing processes and propose new scenarios for re-engineering processes;
• Experience designing and working with automated test set ups
• Previous experience of new product implementation onto Kondor+; and
• Previous experience on multiple legal entity/global trading setups.
