If you’re interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time experienced Service Supervisor in Oklahoma City, OK. This position is responsible for assisting the Branch/Service Manager and District Management Team with the day-to-day operations of the branch. Duties include, but are not limited to; planning and scheduling field labor hours to maximize profitability and productivity, assisting technicians with identifying and procuring required parts and materials, maintaining positive customer relations, providing technical guidance to customers and technicians, and ensuring proper completion of all appropriate documentation.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Minimum of a 2-year Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; 4-year degree preferred (additional relevant experience may be substituted for formal education),
· At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role providing technical guidance and support, experience in industrial maintenance strongly preferred
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple priorities
· Computer literacy
· Valid drivers’ license
· Comfortable working at heights that can range from 6 ft. - 40 ft. off the ground
In addition, willingness to work overtime is required. Minimal overnight travel may be required to assist other branches and/or to attend training or other meetings.
Finally, candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. No relocation assistance is available.
