Korea Institutional Sales & Client Servicing (Asset Management) recruitment
Job Responsibilities:
- Dedicated business development and relationship management for Korea client base
- Client types to be supported include: sovereign wealth funds, governmental institutions, universities, pensions, financial intermediaries, family offices, public funds, endowments and charities
- Understand client requirements and provide world class investment solutions and relationship management to existing and prospective institutions in Korea
- Continuously analyze client profiles and gather information to ensure cross selling across all product lines - equity, fixed income, asset allocation, thematic products and hedge funds
- Support senior management, partners and managing directors for their trips to South Korea
- Responsible for assisting senior management in establishing business strategy and growth across several regional teams for direct business development opportunities
- Responsible for RFP and RFI responses and investment management agreements
- Preparation of road show pitch books, client training and presentations, monthly and quarterly investment performance reviews, and ad hoc meetings with investment teams
- Liaise directly with client, legal and compliance teams to ensure client meets all regulatory requirements
- Team training: teaching and sharing knowledge with team members in regards to procedures, controls and firm culture
- Involvement in various firm wide initiatives and projects
Job Requirements:
- University degree in finance, marketing, business administration and/or related discipline.
- MBA and/or CFA qualified is preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant sales and client servicing experience from other asset management organizations.
- Excellent command of English and Korean is a Must.
- Possess product planning and promotional skills.
- Experience in dealing with institutional client base and consultants.
