Korean Client Servicing Manager recruitment
Responsibilities:
As Account Manager, your role is to:
• Manage and lead the day-to-day relationship with Korean clients in close collaboration with sales and relationship management, client services and operations,
• Act as central escalation point for service level issues, ensure value-added service is provided through a pro-active support/follow-up of clients needs and expectations and recommend actions to improve their efficiency
• Follow up of client readiness for strategic projects
• Be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of clients activity across services
• Define an action plan in collaboration with the clients and operational teams. Ensure actions are evolving as expected through a regular follow-up.
• Contribute to the migration of new business
• Interact on a continuous basis with the Sales and Relationship Managers and Senior Management
- Deliver presentations and trainng to clients
Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of English, native Korean speaking is a must knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High potential with at least 3 years of client-facing experience
• Very good organization skills
• Motivated and highly independent
• Stress resistant and flexible
• An academic background in economics, finance, law or engineering is a strong asset.
