Job Description/ Skills:
Kronos Support Analyst
- Kronos Workforce Central: change/reset passwords, update, change, and fix employee schedules. Assist Managers in correcting employee timesheets and attendance points.
- Kronos Connect: Run Daily Demographics’ job, know how to troubleshoot issues with Connect jobs from server and from Citrix.
- Kronos Clock support: Be able to troubleshoot issues with clock from server (biometrics, timestamp, swiping of clock, and KronosBrowser)
- Kronos Attendance: Know how to run rules, troubleshoot issues with rules not running at individual and application level, reset balances if needed. Change configuration for Attendance.
- Kronos Accruals: Know how to change accrual configuration, troubleshoot employee issues with accruals and change accrual profiles.
- Kronos FMLA: Know how to change Leave configuration. Troubleshoot FMLA hours from timesheet vs. Attendance.
- Kronos Crystal Reporting a plus. Know how to create report to use with Kronos.
Windows Server. - Duties: Support Kronos Pay rules and Kronos interface programs, Supply support for help desk ticket issues that relate to the Kronos Timekeeping system.
- Experience supporting the Kronos application version 6.0.
Skills:
- 2- 3 years of Kronos Time and Attendance experience
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with all levels of Metro Organization
- Ability to document requirements, recommendations, estimates, and system information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to develop complex SQL queries.
- Understanding of information technology standards, procedures and best practices.
- Understanding of how to analyze and solve business problems.
- Ability to work independently, work under pressure, adapt to demanding situations and maintain schedules.
Education-Experience:
Degree:-B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience required. -Years:-Two (2) minimum required.
