This is an opportunity is for a senior level KYC subject matter expert with hands on operational management experience to work with onshore and offshore operations within this UK based bank.
You will be working to provide areas of the business with a single global on-boarding and account maintenance service. It requires a proven ability to support the development of business activities while robustly applying risk management disciplines and controls and steering teams through material business changes.
You will have been exposed to managing large offshore teams or have the equal relevant experience and also clearly managing expectations of both management and stakeholders will be required and attention to detail with timely delivery is key.
Working experience in a matrix environment and bridging differences between remote teams and disparate cultures. Relationship building and communication skills will be of great importance along with influencing skills which will go hand in hand with your leadership and management abilities.
You will be a KYC subject matter expert with very strong operational management/risk/change experience.
