KYC Specialist recruitment

A client focused KYC Specialist supporting and working across the western European business areas of Alternative Investment Services, Asset Servicing, Treasury Services and Broker Dealers to ensure that KYC is performed in an appropriate and timely fashion.

The position entails analysis and investigative research, gathering data from numerous sources in order to perform new and periodic due diligence on clients, their owners and key managers in line with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

•           Assist in the collation, review and preparation of KYC documentation in line with current guidelines

•           Ensure allocated KYC reviews are undertaken within prescribed time frames

•           Input into the Bank’s KYC application (training on the application will be provided)

•           Be able to demonstrate knowledge of KYC policies and procedures

•           Have the ability to recognise and address areas of concern, escalating where necessary

•           Be adaptable, hard working, and have the ability to meet deadlines with good attention to detail

•           Have the ability to work and communicate with a wide range of staff at all levels, in particular colleagues in the client Relationship Management teams

•           Strong written and oral communication skills

•           Ability in a European language would be an advantage but not essential
