Our client focuses on providing a wide array of investment banking services including corporate finance, merger acquisitions, securities brokerage, asset management, general insurance, etc. They are looking for a Compliance Manager to join their Legal and Compliance Department. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience in asset management firm and with experience in launching new products.

Job Responsibilities
- Advise business for fund set up and fund documentation
- Review fund distribution activities and approval of marketing materials
- Handle KYC and AML related matters for asset management business
- Communicate with and handle enquiries from regulators
- Conduct compliance related training for business
- Assist in establish compliance related policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in business, law or other related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in asset management house for related areas
- Previous experience working in regulatory bodies is an advantage
- Must have experience in launching new products, QDII, RQFII etc.
- Familiar with local rules, regulations and common market practice
- Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin, English and Cantonese
