Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to produce both technical and end user focused documentation.
Knowledge of windows operating environment (server and workstation) and interaction with GDS.
Knowledge of Oracle databases and interaction with GDS.
Advanced knowledge of TcEnt and PLM concepts.
Knowledge of networking and interaction with GDS.
Ability to multi-task and work in an interrupt driven environment.
