Labor Relations Specialist
The Labor Relations Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director, Labor Relations and other EPP COE management in the development and implementation of labor relations strategies, programs, and tools. The incumbent will assist the EPP COE in the design, implementation, delivery and tracking of innovative labor relations training programs, products and portal content. This individual will update and enhance a shared intranet site for the Positive Employee Relations Forum and assist in the development and maintenance of surveys, toolkits and collective bargaining materials for use by the Sectors. This individual will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing existing collective bargaining agreements. This individual is responsible for developing an ever-increasing knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and researching and briefing new developments as requested by the COE. The labor relations specialist fosters a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers and meets customer service level agreements.
