Pioneer Community Hospital of Patrick County is seeking a manager for its clinical laboratory. The lab manager will organize and lead the
laboratory to meet all federal, state and
regulatory agency requirements. The
successful manager will work to enhance
overall quality of care and patient satisfaction as well as create a supportive environment and culture of excellence within the lab. Pioneer Community is a 25-bed critical access hospital located in the beautiful foothills of Southwest Virginia. Job requirements include a degree in Medical Technology (MAT) with at least three years experience in a hospital lab. Prior management experience preferred. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills are a must.
