Our clients are a global company involved with provision of a range of services to the oil and oil field industries. The company is a safety conscious organisation and due to an expansion in their production require a person to step into a laboratory manager position to oversee the operations of both their main and satellite laboratories.
The person, previously a laboratory manager looking at making a lateral step in their career or a laboratory supervisor willing to make a progressive step in their career will be responsible for both the maintenance and implementation of the following:
- Laboratory equipment maintenance and functionality
- Management of laboratory personnel
- Liaison with all levels of staff
- Budget and capital development and analysis
With an insight into creating a progressive and dynamic laboratory atmosphere for a company that demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and health, you will have experience in and/or demonstrate:
- Undergraduate qualifications in science, engineering or business
- Supervision and management of staff
- Extensive laboratory experience
- Oil analysis or cement testing experience
- Commitment to Occupation Safety and Health
