With a strong focus on creating and delivering high quality residential communities across Australia, this forward thinking Property Developer are expanding into the growing Darwin market. They are looking for a professional and experienced Land Sales Consultant to represent their brand here in the Northern Territory and lead them into their massive growth phase.
Your focus will be selling the allocated residential blocks of land including house and land packages, in this expanding area, liaising with builders, lawyers, bankers as well as customers, meeting sales targets and delivering the best outcome.
You will have a strong understanding of the Darwin Real Estate market, balance your commercial acumen with your strong customer focus and be committed to achieving results. A current real estate licence and local knowledge would be highly advantageous.
