Large Corporate Credit Director recruitment
The role is wide ranging and involves credit risk management, internal and external stakeholder management and staff mentoring. On a day to day basis you will be involved in remit such as -
* Ensuring the highest standard of credit quality through the structure, sanctioning, monitoring and control of credit applications and maintenance of these standards.
* Challenging pricing in order to maximise value.
* Taking decisions based on a sole lending discretion of up to a maximum of £60 million.
* Implementation of ongoing delivery of credit policy and processes.
* Working with sales at a preliminary stage to ensure effective development and delivery of bespoke risk solutions for customers as appropriate.
* Exercising judgement and discretion in the evaluation and approval / decline of credit proposals, which lie outside credit policy as well as those within.
You will have excellent technical credit skills, a detailed knowledge of risk management policy, procedures and pricing and have at least 3 years large corporate lending experience with a sole lending discretion of at least £40 million.
