LATAM Book of HNW clients; Private Banker
LATAM (ex Brazil) Book of HNW clients to take over: South American Private Bank, New York City.
My client is a leading South American Private Bank with an executive office in Midtown Manhattan. With one of the strongest brand recognitions in the LATAM marketplace and an enviable platform and product offering, they are now looking to bring onboard a senior LATAM banker.
Successful candidates will be given a book of LATAM clients excluding Brazil, amounting up to $150 million.
Having said this – my client is not looking for a farmer, so a suitable applicant should be confident of bringing in at least $50-80 million of NNA as well as managing the existing book of clients they were provided.
Bankers will be rewarded with a competitive base salary as well as a bonus comprised of a discretionary aspect and a formulaic aspect (NNA, % of Revenue etc).
