Working out of their office in Barbados, they are now looking for a senior relationship manager with an entrepreneurial flare to join their platform.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding bank in a flexible role where the successful candidate would be able to cover clients from any of the regions: USA, Canada, Latin America (LATAM) or Expat Communities.
Ideal candidates would speak Dutch as most specifically my client would be interested in a banker covering the Dutch Speaking islands of the Caribbean.
Benefits include a very desirable Expat Package upon relocation to Barbados, as well as a formulaic ROA bonus where a successful candidate could earn as much as 40% of their profitability after costs.
