Role Profile
- An experienced Cash or derivatives salesperson at senior Associate or VP level who has established relationships with senior individuals in Latin American Asset Managers, Pension and Insurance Funds. Also beneficial would be contacts within Family offices in the region.
- The mandate will include the entire range of multi asset ETF’s.
- In this role you will be the lead sales to this region and will therefore have the pick of clients.
- This role is based in London and as lead sales, you will be expected to travel to South America frequently and sometimes for periods of up to 2 weeks at a time so it is essential that you are happy with this level of travel.
Skills Required
- You must be of either Latin American or Spanish descent with local knowledge of the market.
- It is not essential that you are currently selling ETFs or Delta One although this would be a benefit. Exposure to cash, fixed income, credit, derivatives and/or structured products will all be considered as long as you are covering the desired client base.
- A background within an Investment Bank or Asset Manager in a sales seat is essential.
- Sound technical/product knowledge is desirable
- Educated to a minimum of degree level in a relevant Financial or Economic subject.
Within this role you will have the support of an experienced manager who has excellent knowledge of the region and will guide you initially. You will have an excellent platform and highly successful product range to leverage off and an entrepreneurial environment to work in where innovation and idea generation are favoured and rewarded.
