Law Cost Draftsman Job in Lincolnshire, Midlands UK
Our client a dynamic and progressive Lincolnshire based law firm is seeking a competent and experienced Law Costs Draftsman to join their existing team.
Reporting to the controlling Partner, you will be preparing bills of costs and points of dispute in respect of defendant personal injury and family cases, negotiating the settlement costs, issuing proceedings, and attending hearings when necessary and dealing with all stages up to and including payment of costs.
You will ideally be ALCD qualified or be working towards gaining this qualification, but this in not essential. You will be a proactive team player and possess excellent negotiation skills.
