Job Description Job Classification: Contract -**MUST BE OPEN FOR 1st,2nd, and 3rd shifts AND/OR SATURDAYS*** -**CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM LARGE ENTERPRISE LAWFIRM/FINANCIAL/CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTS*** Our well established law firm in NYC is looking for multiple help desk analysts to support hundreds of attorneys in a dynamic and prestigious environment. Our client recently moved to Windows 7 from Windows XP. Right now they are experiencing a much higher call volume from the migration and will need to bring on 2 new Help Desk Analysts. The qualified candidate must have 5+ years in customer support with very good personality, be able to handle pressure and service high level attorneys on the phone with diplomacy. 100% phone support Top 3 Skills: 1. Windows 7, Office 2010, Outlook 2010 (word excel formatting) 2. Citrix, purely front end experience (ex: recovering a document) 3. VPN remote support (troubleshooting wireless connection) 4. Good exposure to a ticketing system PLUSES: -*iManage or any other DMS system is a plus -*Our client has some high profile users with MAC, the candidate does not need in depth knowledge but needs to be comfortable with MAC set up, print cues, etc. Candidates must be extremely professional and strong command of trouble shooting OS issues and technologies stated above.
