Lawyer
Job Scope:
1. Provide daily legal support to Equities business (Equities brokerage, equity research, equities derivatives etc.)
2. Draft, review and negotiate brokerage/QFII/RQFII/Derivatives contract
3. Provide legal support for Equities new product/business initiatives, including following the trend of laws and regulations, reviewing new product plan and participating in internal/external discussion.
4. Provide legal support in other non-business area, including communication with external lawyers, cooperating with HR and other back offices.
5. Provide legal related training to Equities staff on a regular basis.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years plus first tier legal firms working experience (focus on capital market or financial industry)
2. Chinese lawyer qualification
3. Graduated from domestic or overseas first tier law school
4. Strong written and spoken English skill and able to work in a full English working environment.
