Your main task will be to set up and maintain international tax efficient structures and joint ventures; as well as to provide legal and tax advice on (and coordinate) the acquisition of portfolios, including the contract drafting involved. You will participate in due diligence reviews and be involved in service level agreements, competition law and data protection law.
We are looking for candidates with a Law degree and 4 to 7 years experience in cross border transactions/structuring/tax law issues related to purpose vehicles, funds and tax efficient structures in Europe; CIT, VAT and double treaties. You come from the financial services industry and ideally combine experience in contract drafting, transactions and tax/structuring. You speak fluent English, being any other European language a strong asset, specially French. We are looking for hands-on candidates with a global vision, able to communicate efficiently with the business and who are strong team players.
