Position Description
Scope: Consult using broad LD knowledge combined with business understanding to deliver LD solutions that are aligned to performance metrics, integrated with CHRW???s overall people practices and supportive of CHRW business objectives. Primary focus is in the development of onboarding solutions, but may span across additional areas such as products and services as well as technology and systems, etc. Provide professional and analytical support during the assessment, development, implementation, and evaluation of deliverables. Partner with business stakeholders, members of immediate team, and the broader Learning Development Community to identify and align key initiatives with the overall strategy, and to ensure that deliverables continue to meet needs of the organization and deliver organizational impact.

Accountabilities:
???Continue to evolve and implement CHRW???s onboarding strategy
???Provide leadership, consulting and influence to provide proactive solutions and recommendations regarding complex situations
???Communicate and partner with a large, diverse set of customers across all levels of the organization (across the globe) to provide effective consulting and functional expertise
???Lead project management efforts on complex or organization wide initiatives by developing and managing project plans, setting effective expectations, communications and implementation steps
???Conduct and document needs assessments that result in insights and recommendations focused on driving individual, team and organizational improvement
???Partner with other LD departments to design, develop, facilitate and implement blended learning solutions that address individual and organizational needs, align with business process and systems, engage participants and positively impact job performance
???Identify and implement effective evaluation strategies, up to and including ROI
???Recommend and drive business changes necessary to deliver optimal results of learning solutions
???Support internal customers in development planning, identification of appropriate learning solutions, and general coaching of employee development as requested???may include corporate driven initiatives as well as, branch specific needs
???Collaborate with peers within LD and across the broader Human Resources Team to contribute to the development of a CHRW integrated talent management strategy

Required Qualifications
???Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and minimum of 7 years LD or related business experience
???Demonstrated experience with global learning solutions
???Possess broad knowledge of all LD core processes, systems and services
???Exceptional project management skills
???Ability to utilize independent judgment in high level decision making on decisions that have a large impact across the enterprise
???Ability to lead, coach and influence without authority
???Ability to influence and provide proactive solutions and recommendations regarding complex situations.
???Ability to take strategic direction and work independently or as part of a team
???Excellent verbal and written communication (presentation and facilitation skills preferred)
???Must be able to handle a fast paced environment, last minute requests, as well as changing and competing priorities
???Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications
???Master???s Degree in Human Resources or related field
???10 or more years LD or related business experience
???Demonstrated experience working in a decentralized and entrepreneurial organization
