My client, an established retail brand seeks an experienced LD Officer. You will be supporting the LD Manager with designing and delivering Learning and Development programmes and strategies.

You must have solid experience of designing and delivering training within the retail market, ideally your experience will be within the fashion retail sector. Experience of delivering training within a multi-site environment is essential to be considered for this role.

Within this LD Officer role, you will also deal with LD queries, co-ordinate the training diary. You will work closely with the LD Manager, where you will help to identify training needs and will be building strong relationships with Area managers.
