LDI Solutions Manager
This senior role involves;
- Educating and training Trustees and other stakeholders in the LDI process
- Evaluating liability sensitivities and design alongside developing and improving the existing infrastructure to enhance the control environment and scale-ability of the solution design, delivery and reporting process
- Being responsible for a client’s solution in the mind of the client and manage the client relationship from that perspective
- Delivering portfolio solutions in conjunction with the Strategic Solutions, Portfolio Management and Derivative Structuring Teams
- Promoting wider capabilities, ensuring the control environment surrounding solution delivery is robust and developing new products and solutions for both the institutional and intermediated markets
- Promoting thought leadership to a wide audience including publications, press and conference presentations
Potential candidate attributes include;
- A proven track record of solutions management
- Solid derivative experience, knowledge and understanding
- Confident presentation and sales skills
- Ability to work within a structured team and develop the individuals within the team, as well as the capability to work cooperatively with other investor groups, distribution and infrastructure
- A capacity to manage change and growth in a risk controlled manner
A strong academic background is essential with either fully qualified as an actuary or completion of CFA qualification. Current study towards these professional requirements will be considered.
